“New York by Gehry” — along with a dozen other new large-scale luxury rental buildings that have gone on the market in the last year — is testing the limits of the price renters will pay for what developers call “aspirational living.”

Resurrecting the “Bay window” such an amazing and innovative architect, Frank Gehry has really set the standards high for all architects who have their eyes set on creating a high rise in NYC. The building has the most amazing views and if you check out the website you will see the floor plans are impeccable. My new goal is to live here one day and it’s not too far fetched!
